Georgia's Jekyll Island

Yesterday following an early bbq lunch we were roaring down the highway towards Florida and I spotted signs for Jekyll Island. Yes, Bruce knew this Georgia gem so we promptly exited and found a nice efficiency room at the The Beachview Club. I can not say enough good about this idyllic get-away island. And it turns out that they escape hurricanes which avert them and continue on to Mississippi and to New Orleans. Wow! I must say I am very impressed. Kudos to Georgia.
